What does 'balance' really look like?
A ‘balanced’, healthy and emotionally mature person has:

- Listens with the intention of understanding, can be compassionate and communicate with other people
- Has established good communications in all their relationships. Can react, knows how to listen deeply, speak honestly, and share their feelings
